1.Q: What is your company MOQ? 
    A: MOQ is 1*20GP.

         1*20GP container with no more than 3 items mixed;

         1*40GP container with no more than 5 items mixed.

2.Q: Can I have a sample order?

    A: Yes, of course. We welcome your sample order to test the quality of our company products.

3.Q: What about the lead time?

    A: Normally we need 30-45 days to ship it out as your request. We will arrange production as soon as we receive your deposit.

4.Q: Can you accept customized design?

    A: Yes, the following can be customized, including color, material, size, packing,etc.

         a. Rattan/Wicker

         b. Fabric or Cushions

         c. Powder coating

         d. Style

5.Q: What is your company products warranty?

     A: 3 years for rattan/ wicker;

           5 years for frame.
