The difference between UV hammer ink and general hammer paint:

It is a volatile drying product containing a large amount of organic solvents. The hammer paint needs to be sprayed with a layer of varnish after drying. 2, wide application

The photo-hardened hammer inks are both colorless and transparent varnish, as well as various metallic colors such as light gold, deep gold, gold, bronze, silver, dark green and sky blue. Colorless transparent varnish is suitable for screen printing various gold and silver cardboards, transparent plastic films such as PVC, PET, PC, ABS, etc. Metallic hammer printing inks have a strong hiding rate, suitable for silk screen printing of various metal substrates, such as Stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc., are used for the production of various special effects of signs or crafts; can also print a variety of coated paper, making books, magazine covers, and so on.

3, light curing hammer ink printing effect is stable

Does not contain any volatile organic solvents, odorless, screen printing will not plug the net, the size of the hammer flower is directly related to the level of the screen mesh, the higher the mesh, the thinner the ink layer, the smaller the hammer flower, on the contrary, the hammer The bigger the flower, the better the mesh is 300-420 meshes, and the printing area per kg is 60-80 square meters. The cured film has excellent abrasion resistance, solvent resistance, and good adhesion.

Matters needing attention: When screen printing light solid hammer ink, generally do not need to add diluent, can be printed directly, this product needs to use special hammer diluent. The printed product can be cured directly without parking, otherwise the pattern will change.

Second, the use of UV glass ink, UV glass / metal matte ink, UV glass / metal frosting ink, UV ice-ink ink, multi-function liquid photosensitive ink LPR-820 production of glass craft characteristics and the production of metal signs or crafts.

1, light curing glass ink UV-GI-30

Suitable for all kinds of glass, glass products, but also for some metal substrates. The light-curable glass ink has no volatile components, no odor, no stimulation, the cured film has good water resistance and can resist scrubbing with various solvents. It will not block the net when printing, the curing speed is fast, the hardness of the cured film is high, the attachment fastness is excellent, the color is bright, and the wear resistance is good.

Note: In order to improve the water resistance of the cured film, before adding the photocurable ink, add 0.5~1% of 21# additive to the ink.

2, UV glass / metal matte ink UV-GM-50

UV-GM-50 Series Ink is a screen-printed photocurable matte ink with a thixotropic appearance. Silk screen printing is smooth, no clogging, odorless, 180 ~ 250 mesh screen can be printed, sand thickness can be controlled by the mesh. Curing speed, not yellowing.

Ink use:

UV-GM-50 series ink is specially used for printing glass, plexiglass and various metals, such as mirror stainless steel, stainless iron, high-gloss copper, aluminum plate and titanium plate, etc., to produce frosted glass or frosted metal plate. The ink has good fastness to the glass or metal substrate, and the cured film has good water resistance, high hardness and abrasion resistance, and good sanding effect. If you add special color paste, you can make advanced colored frosted glass or colorful metal plate.

In order to increase the adhesion of the ink to hard-to-stick substrates such as mirror-finished stainless steel, titanium plate, glass, etc., 1% or so of 21# additive may be added to the ink, or the substrate to be printed may be pretreated with 20# additive. Ink characteristics:

The effect of light-curing glass/metal frosting ink is similar to the frosted glass that is eroded by etched pulp (a kind of fluoride-containing printing material), and the sand is soft and delicate. It uses 350 to 450 days screen printing, pattern outlets more detailed and small, more layered, adding a special color paste, can make colorful print patterns. Mainly used for printing glass and mirror metal substrates, such as mirror stainless steel, mirror titanium gold plate, etc., producing a variety of color (including milky white) frosted glass, decorative crafts. UV-GM-52 is available in a variety of colors and can print 80 to 120 square meters per kilogram, which is an ideal alternative to glass etched pastes.

3, UV ice ink UV-880

UV-880 is a colorless, transparent or colored oily fluid. The ice cube has a strong three-dimensional effect, and the flash effect is good. The ice can be large or small, and it is easy to control. A wide range of applications, and with a variety of colors, in addition to printing a variety of gold and silver cardboard, production of packaging, but also printed in metal such as: stainless steel, titanium plate, plastic film, glass and other tomb materials, production signs, Crafts and so on.

Third, the thermoset colored sand ink SR-3000L / C, liquid sensitized sand color ink LPR-830, UV sand ink UV-3000L / C characteristics and the production of metal signs or handicrafts

2, thermoset sand color ink SR-3000

SR-3000 thermoset colored sand ink is suitable for printing a variety of metal substrates such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel, iron, etc., with a strong sense of metal texture and sand. Excellent fastness to the above substrate, high hardness, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, moisture resistance, etc. Two-component, ink and curing agent ratio of 100:15, curing temperature 120 ~ 150 °C / 20 ~ 30 minutes. 3, liquid photosensitive sand color ink LPR-830
