New equipment for detecting metal residues in packaged foods

Lock Inspection Systems has developed a high-frequency metal detector specifically designed for food producers and packers.
In the food processing process, debris or chips generated by the partial peeling of the processing machine, metal scraps and debris from the filter screen, and debris when cutting or drilling the machine during maintenance are often involved in the production process. This eliminates the need for open inspection of the product and speeds up the operation. Saves time and improves efficiency.
The MET30+ high-frequency metal detector incorporates Lock's patented ADC software. Various data signals detected from the metal detector are displayed on the screen. Any change in the signal can be immediately determined and the detector will automatically adjust to The corresponding product tested.
