1. There is no acceptance standard for the contract.
When signing a contract, companies often fill in the “accept export standards†column in the “Quality acceptance†column, and it is very difficult for inspectors to check the data during inspection. As the carton has various standards such as Corrugated Cardboard Boxes for Export Products (GB5033-85) and Inspection Rules for Corrugated Carton Boxes for Export Goods (SN/T026 2-93), there are also various export commodities issued by the State Administration of Commodity Inspection. With packaging inspection procedures, there are many differences between the number of samples, inspection items, inspection methods, and determination methods among various standards, and they have not been completely unified. For example: In the carton's passing judgment, GB5033-85 is judged by percentage, while SN/T0262 93 is judged by the total number of light and heavy defects of the carton, especially the inspection procedures for the packaging of various export commodities. In addition to the provisions of SN/T0262-93, several special requirements testing items for various commodities are generally added. For example: cartons for packaging metal canned foods require increased wet burst test and water adhesion test.
2. Incomplete contract acceptance criteria.
Carton quality inspection includes performance inspection and appearance inspection. In the carton performance inspection, there is an important reference to “empty box compressionâ€. It is a measure of the pressure of the carton during storage and transportation of the stack. Its standard value is based on the contents. Calculated from the weight and carton height, P = K × G (H/h - 1) × 9.8, where G represents the gross weight of the single-piece package, the standard value cannot be calculated, and therefore the empty container resistance to the village project Can not be confirmed, especially for some single-wall corrugated cartons with built-in foods or small electromechanical products. The size of the box is small (typical height is about 250mm), the weight of the contents is generally more than 15kg, and the empty box compressive resistance value should be more than 3234N. The paper is slightly poorer, and the quality of the carton is difficult to meet.
3. The terms of the contract do not match the standards.
The standards for the size of the carton shall be the same as those for the inspection of the carton size in the inspection standard of the B5033-85 standard and the SN/T0262-93 inspection protocol. And specify the method and tools for dimensional inspection. However, the size of the cartons signed on the contract between the buyer and the seller and the size of the cartons in the company's production process (length×width×height); the production companies are to facilitate inspection, during the board production, opening, slotting, slitting, etc., and after the carton forming, generally Also check the outer dimensions of the carton. Therefore, inspection personnel are difficult to operate in inspections.
