In this session, you’ll learn how to warm up, isolate individual joints, build strength, and most importantly, improve your cardio-respiratory endurance. **First Set: Hip Swing + Pony Pony Jump** Step 1: Place your hands on both sides of your waist. Step 2: Perform a hip swing for two eight-beat counts. Step 3: Do a pony jump forward—step left, then right on the ball of the foot, repeating this for eight beats. Step 4: Raise your arms and swing them. When your left hand is high, shift your hips to the right. Step 5: Do a backward pony jump—step right, then left on the ball of the foot, repeating for eight beats. Step 6: Speed up the hip swing for an eight-beat count. **Second Set: Step by Step, Step on the Kick** Step 1: Step to your right (left side of the instructor).
