● General description:
1) In recent years, a new sintering technology called SPS (discharge plasma sintering) has become increasingly popular;
2) Based on years of industrial manufacturing experience, on the basis of vacuum hot pressing furnace technology, we have adopted the latest technology to develop SPS type high temperature hot pressing sintering furnace
3) In SPS technology, we use direct direct current pulse heating to make it possible to reach circulation within a few minutes. The use of DC power increases the sintering activity of many samples, such as many powder particles (Joule heating, discharge, electromigration, etc.), so it can be used at lower temperatures and lower mold pressures than traditional hot pressing techniques;
● SPS can be used to research and produce materials with special properties, such as:
1) Nano materials can be sintered without a complete particle growth process;
2) Can produce functional materials (FGM);
3) Synthesizable materials;
4) New types of hard alloys can be developed;
5) Can develop aluminum or copper alloys, intermetallic compound research;
6) Can develop structural or functional ceramics;
● Instrument hardware and software features:
1) The instrument has a complete digital hydraulic system and precise speed / pressure control through an optical positioning sensor;
2) The equipment consists of furnace body, pressure system, vacuum system, control system and DC pulse power supply, etc. It can be hot-pressed and sintered under vacuum and protective atmosphere;
3) The sintering temperature can reach up to 2400 ℃, which is measured by thermocouple and infrared instrument;
4) All sintering process parameters can be programmed, so any sintering process can be operated fully automatically. The microcomputer controller can flexibly operate various sintering schemes, and can record various operating parameters for later analysis. The software functions are very complex and powerful, so there will be no use limitations and restrictions, which means that every sample or scheme can be realized;
