1. Brake the paper machine

The brake on the shaft of the paper feed roller of the paper feeder has two functions, which can control the amplitude of the up and down movement of the paper feed roller and the length of the paper pressing time. Pay attention to the coordination between the two when adjusting.

2. Front brake

The front gauge is positioned by the brake (J2205). During the operation of the machine, it is necessary to prevent the loosening of the fastening nut on the inside of the operation surface and the inaccuracy of the rules.

3. Paper delivery mechanism

The paper delivery mechanism has two brakes: one is that there is a symmetrical brake on the left and right sides of the paper delivery shaft head, which is the benchmark for adjusting the opening and closing width of the paper gripper. The adjustment method is: pad a 2mm thick paper strip on both sides of the brake, adjust the gripper and take out the paper strip. The correct adjustment method is: turn the brake screw, so that the gap between the roller on the rocker arm and the swing cam of the paper delivery row is about 0.08mm. At this time, strict attention should be paid to the position of the two points of disengagement and contact points (make sure that the delivery teeth are arranged on the tooth table for a residence time of 27 °); It is unstable when gripping paper, and the width of gripping paper is also inconsistent. The above problem is mainly on the J2205 machine. In this part of the PZ4880-01B four-color machine, only a brake is provided on the inner side of the operation surface. Its positioning effect has disappeared because its paper delivery mechanism uses an equidistant conjugate cam, and the cam The design and processing accuracy has reached the requirements, so the brake only plays a protective role.

4. Water transfer roller, ink transfer roller shaft brake

When transferring water and ink, the back brake should be in contact with the back screw; when connecting water and ink, there should be a gap between the two under the action of the tension spring. Here it is easy to accumulate dirt such as ink and dust. Failure to clean it in time will affect the activity gap and cause difficulty in receiving water and ink. You should pay attention to it and clean it and refuel.

5. Impression roller gripper shaft brake

Its function and adjustment method are the same as the brakes on the paper gripper shaft. It should be noted that after disassembling and repairing the gripper shaft, the brake screw should be turned, and the opening and closing tooth bearing on the head of the gripper shaft should be imprinted. The distance of the roller shoulder iron is adjusted to 13 ± 0.05mm. All the clamps on the dental shaft must be loosened during calibration. After adjusting the brake position, readjust each gripper.

6. Clutch pressure brake

The clutch pressure acts as a limit by the brake to prevent excessive pressure and clutch pressure, and adjustments should be made with caution. When adjusting, firstly loosen the closing brake screw and the closing brake screw to the end; jog the closing pressure, and when the maximum surface of the closing cam contacts the roller, turn the closing brake screw to make a gap with the closing brake 0.08mm, and then release the pressure; when the largest surface of the pressure-relief cam is in contact with the roller, adjust the clearance between the pressure-reducing brake screw and the brake, preferably 0.02mm. Why is the pressure separation gap large? This is because when operating the offset press, the closing pressure is performed at a low speed, and the separating pressure is performed at a high speed. The clutch shaft has a high inertia at high speed, so it is generally close to the pressure. The gap between the brake and the screw is slightly larger. In the J2205 two-color machine, the two sets of clutch pressures are not synchronized, that is, when the upper group is slower by one beat and the lower group is faster by one beat (relatively speaking), the first print will be printed on the second color and the first color will not be printed. . This fault is mostly caused by improper clearance between the two sets of clutch pressure brakes and brake screws. This fault will disappear as long as you adjust it carefully.

7. Paper-collecting teeth row brake

The function of the brake of the paper-collecting tooth row is the same as that of the paper-feeding tooth shaft.
