Naomi Watts has transformed a New York apartment into a stunning example of luxury living, blending elegant design with refined furniture. The space is a perfect reflection of her taste and style, making it a true masterpiece of modern interior design.
Stars, they’re just like us—especially when it comes to the stress of moving into a new home. “I mean, look at this place,†Naomi says with a laugh. “Is it too big? Are we taking on more than we should? Maybe we should have stayed where we were? I don’t know!†But despite the initial nerves, the result is nothing short of spectacular.
The project was designed at breakneck speed. “We had drawings in four months and completed the entire renovation in ten,†says Leandro, who worked closely with Naomi on the project. “It was insanely fast, but fun. Naomi brought a great eye and taste to the project and was a terrific creative partner.â€
Walking through the apartment, it’s clear that every detail was carefully considered. In the living room, a 19th-century Gabon mask from Throckmorton Fine Art sits beside an artwork by Paul Morehouse, while matching velvet-covered RH sofas are paired with a Ralph Lauren Home console. The cocktail table is by Robert Pluhowski, the floor lamp by Ralph Lauren Home, and the low tables in the foreground are by Blaxsand. A round leather chair at the far right is by Garza Marfa, and the jute rugs are from Merida.
A luxurious master bathroom features a Victoria + Albert tub with Dornbracht fittings, illuminated by a Ralph Lauren Home light fixture. The mirror and chair are antique, and the penny tile is by Waterworks. It's a space that exudes elegance and sophistication.
Ashe + Leandro designed the custom washstand sinks for Naomi’s home, adding a personal touch to the already impressive design. The attention to detail throughout the apartment makes it a true sanctuary of style and comfort.
