Japan launches new aseptic filling and packaging line

Japan's Baoxi Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. recently introduced a Servac-TFA4830 aseptic filling and packaging production line equipped with a new modular unit. The production line can improve package performance by changing the operating procedures. In addition, the production line also uses an auxiliary backup motor control method to miniaturize the entire machine equipment by about 30%. At the same time, due to the change in the way of filling and packaging, products are very convenient and mellow, and product varieties can be changed at will. The new equipment also employs a piston-type filling system that can be used to fill high-viscosity products with a solid content of 25mm3. It can also be filled with highly sterile, clean, transparent materials and filled with puddings, soups, baby foods and other solid or liquid foods.
