Equipment operators should do a good job of "five-setting" lubrication.

(1) Fixed point. According to the location and quantity of the lubrication and lubrication points of the equipment, fueling and oil change are required, and familiar with its structure and lubrication method.

(2) Quality. The quality of lubricating oil must comply with the standard. When cleaning and changing the oil, the quality of the cleaning must be guaranteed. The lubricating device should be kept clean. The various lubricating devices on the equipment must be complete.

(3) Quantitative. On the basis of guaranteeing good lubrication, in line with the principle of saving fuel, it is required to change the oil level of the oil tank and the oil quota for each shift at each lubrication point.

(4) timing. Lubricate according to the time specified in the lubrication card or chart and clean and change oil according to the oil change cycle.

(5) Definitely. According to the principle of combination of special groups, it stipulates what lubrication points and lubrication points are operated by the workers responsible for refueling, and what parts are the lubrication workers responsible for refueling and oil changes.

When doing lubrication work, it should be clear about the lubrication point of the equipment, what kind of lubricant and lubrication cycle to use, pay attention to the following points of lubrication of offset press:

(1) The lubrication of the feeder part can not be ignored. Several cam surfaces should be lubricated with a small amount of oil. It should be noted that the paper-feeding nozzle and the paper-removing nozzle are self-lubricating materials and do not need to be refueled. Otherwise, the pile of paper powder will form sludge and accelerate wear.

(2) Check the amount of oil in the universal coupling rubber protector.

(3) The motor electromagnetic clutch should be filled with oil once a week.

(4) The paper-transmitting teeth directly affect the accuracy of the paper conveying, requiring flexible, accurate, and stable action. Weekly, the paper-feeding shaft, the driving cam, and the eccentric sleeves at both ends are supplemented with grease.

(5) The accuracy and flexibility of the front gauge and side gauge is the guarantee of accurate paper positioning. Lubricating oil should also be added every week.

(6) When refueling, do not drop oil on the feeder belt, the take-up roller, the motor pulley, and the ink roller, because the friction of these parts is beneficial.

(7) Check the working status of the oil path at the roller, such as whether the oil pipe is blocked or not. Rollers should also be wiped clean and apply a proper amount of grease.

(8) The oil pool should be cleaned and replaced with oil every quarter. The oil shortage alarm indicator of the oil alarm valve signals that the oil pressure is not enough, and the oil pipe at the highest position has no oil. At this time, the oil pool and the oil pump filter should be cleaned immediately, and the iron scraps attached to the magnetic block in the filter and the impurities outside the filter copper mesh should be cleaned to ensure the lubricating oil is clean. When refueling the sump, the height must not be less than the indicated level of the oil level; nor can it be too high, otherwise it will lead to oil leakage.

(9) Feeding teeth, impression cylinder fangs, delivery cylinder dentition, and take-up teeth row should be cleaned and lubricated on a monthly basis to ensure consistent force and flexibility. Of course, the more lubricating oil is not added, the better, to avoid splashing out stained sheets.

(10) The ink roller, the heavy roller bearing and the bearing seat should be greased once a month to ensure that the roller can rotate flexibly and be easily disassembled.

(11) The opener of the offset press is exposed to a wall plate. The sludge should be cleaned before lubrication.

(12) The lubrication of the chain is also very important. In particular, the delivery chain should be scrubbed and the oil cup must be refueled.

(13) The safety bar joints should also be lubricated and must not be ignored.

(14) Poor lubrication is an important cause of air pump damage. For example, excessive temperature rise, excessive noise, and insufficient air force should be used.
