How to place an order? 

1, Contact by e-mail or trade-manager for items confirmation. 

2, PI or contract signed, 40% deposit in advance. 

3, Bulk production. 

4, Balance payment before shipping. 

5, Shipping send original documents or tele-release goods. 

6, Quality warranty for 1-3 years based on different items. 

How about the LCL order and FCL order? 

LCL mean that the amount quantity of the order can`t reach a full 20FT container, the order term is EX-works( EXW), seller just provide the products, but no responsibility for any other process of the trading

Can I negotiate the prices? 

Yes, discount can be offered based on the fact of contract. 

What is your minimum order requirement? 

No MOQ for new client for trial order, also, prototype can be offered based on negotiation with some charge. 

How long will it take to execute my order? 

This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advice a production schedule for you. 

How about office furniture or bank or hospital Projects? 

We have do many projects overseas and domestic. 

How much will the shipping charges be? 

This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquire about the shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and the quantity. Your favorable method of shipping, ( by sea or by air) and your designated port or air port. Sure, our showroom for office furniture and aged care is in Guangzhou North, While showroom for hospital items and bank items locates at our factory(Guangzhou).
