At present, the inking systems of high screen printing machines on the market are mainly divided into two categories: traditional rubber roller, anilox roller inking and blade system and chamber blade inking system.
The traditional rubber roller and anilox roller inking and scraping system adopts the method of rubber roller and anilox roller first inking, and then scraping the ink evenly with the scraper. In this way, in the field printing or low dot printing, the anilox roller and rubber roller can be used to directly inject ink. Due to the large amount of ink, the printing effect is better.
